"Patchouli is a unique natural fragrance. Unlike 99% of perfume ingredients, we associate patchouli with a specific period, with the sixties and seventies, and that unmistakable bohemian feeling. It has a cool, subtle woody aroma. The beauty is there for me in the dark character.
I used two patchouli elements here. The main part is Patchouli Coeur. This is a very pure, soft patchouli oil fraction, without the camphoraceous top note. I also chose a patchouli oil from Indonesia, to round it all off with something of a top note. The result is a refined, pure patchouli that goes fantastically well with Molecule 01."
